1. General Terms This cancellation policy applies to the international delivery service provided by Personal Buyer SRL. By using this service, you agree to the terms and conditions specified in this cancellation policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract without providing any reasons within 14 calendar days from the date of the contract conclusion.

4. Refund of Paid Amounts If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The refund will be made using the same payment methods as those used for the initial transaction; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Services that have already been fully provided, if the provision began with your prior express consent and after you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully executed by us. The executed service is the package shipped to the recipient.

6. Cancellation by Personal Buyer SRL We reserve the right to cancel the contract and the international delivery service in the following cases:

• The client does not comply with the terms and conditions of this contract.

• There are suspicions of fraudulent or unauthorized use of the service.

This cancellation policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Personal Buyer SRL. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with prior notice.
