1. Register and get a personal address for international shopping.

– Once the online store dispatches your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment. You will be required to add this tracking number to your personal account during order registration.

The delivery of parcels from the UK to Romania is conducted in 2 stages:

• 1. Initially, the parcel is transported within the UK, from the online store to the intermediate warehouse of Nova Poshta Global partners. This process typically takes between 1 and 7 days. You can find an estimated delivery time on the retailer's website.
• 2. Subsequently, the delivery of parcels from the UK to Romania takes from 8 business days.

The delivery time may increase if the parcel is delayed by customs. This can happen for several reasons:

• Customs authorities may assess the value of goods higher.
• The total amount of all the items in the parcel exceeds €200.
• The user ordered several items, which have been held as a commodity batch.

The weight of the package must not exceed 441 pounds (200 kg).

Dimensions must not exceed:

• 48 inches (122 cm) long,
• 40 inches (102 cm) wide,
• 60 inches (150 cm) high.
