You can make the payment for delivery in the Nova Poshta app, upon arrival of your shipment in Ukraine, or directly at the branch when you receive the parcel. The cost of your delivery will depend on the actual weight of goods (with packaging) and the departure country.

The minimum paid delivery weight is 0.5 kg, which is rounded up to the nearest whole number on the higher side.
Any weight from 0.501 kg and above will be rounded up to 1 kilogram.
Each incomplete 0.5 kg will be treated as a full kilogram for billing purposes. For example, a weight of 1.6 kg will be considered as 2 kg.
The rules of rounding up to multiples of 1 hryvnia apply to the amount of the Delivery cost. If the amount ends by 49 kopecks or less, the amount is rounded down to the nearest whole amount. If the amount ends by 50 kopecks or more, the amount is rounded up to the nearest whole amount.

Please note that if the total value of the items exceeds 150 EUR, you will be required to pay a 10% duty fee of the amount + VAT fee of 20% of the goods' value including duty.
