What items are prohibited for transportation?
It is prohibited to send in express shipments attachments that may pose a threat to the life and health of people, lead to the destruction or spoilage (damage) of other shipments and work equipment.

It is prohibited to send:
List of dangerous and prohibited items that are not accepted for transportation and shipments of LLC “NP Global”
Goods that are prohibited for transportation, processing, import or export by any legislation, rule, convention or regulation of the country of origin, transit and destination.
The sender / recipient / owner of the contents of the shipment or any third party who has the right to an international express shipment undertakes to provide the necessary and reliable information about the contents and cost of the international express shipment and not to order or transfer them for transportation.

1. Food products from countries available for service, except those that simultaneously meet all of the following requirements:

- the actual weight of the products addressed to individuals does not exceed 10 kilograms;

- the products are shipped in the manufacturer's packaging and the packaging has not been opened;

- the products do not require compliance with a special temperature regime (other than room temperature).
Substances or products (unprocessed, partially processed or processed) intended for human consumption

2. Medicinal products. Substances or mixtures thereof of natural, synthetic or biotechnological origin, which are used to prevent pregnancy, prevent, diagnose and treat human diseases or change the state and functions of the body. The list also includes vitamins and biologically active additives (BADs). except those that simultaneously meet all of the following requirements:

- the actual weight of vitamins or additives (BADs) addressed to individuals does not exceed 10 kilograms;

- the vitamins or additives (BADs) are shipped in the manufacturer's packaging and the packaging has not been opened;

- vitamins or supplements (BADs) do not require a special temperature regime (other than room temperature).
Substances or products (unprocessed, partially processed or processed) intended for human consumption

3. Alcohol-containing perfumes, cosmetics and flammable preparations in pressurized containers
For example: deodorants, sprays, gel polishes, etc.

4. Excise goods. Including alcohol, alcoholic beverages, beer, tobacco products, tobacco-containing products for electrical heating (TVEN) using an electronically controlled heater, liquid mixtures of chemicals, containing or not containing nicotine, used to create vapor in electronic cigarettes and contained, in particular, in cartridges, refill containers and other containers.

5. Cash (banknotes, coins), foreign currency, bank metals, precious and semi-precious stones (cut or uncut, polished or unpolished), jewelry, payment documents and securities;
For example: gold, silver, platinum group metals in products or in unprocessed form, diamonds, rubies, pearls, amber, amethysts, turquoise, agates, shares, bonds, coupons therefor, bills of exchange (drafts), debt receipts, letters of credit, checks, bank orders, deposit certificates, other financial and banking documents, etc.

6. Identity documents, work books, permits, licenses and any other similar documents;

7. Bank cards.

8. Antiques (including antique books), products older than 100 years, works of art of original origin (not copies), rare orders and medals belonging to cultural values.
For example: paintings, icons, drawings and pastels, completely handmade, collages and similar decorative images; engravings, prints and lithographs; sculptures and statuettes from any material; postage or heraldic stamps, postal stationery (heraldic paper); collections and collectibles in zoology, botany, mineralogy, anatomy or those of historical, archaeological, paleontological, ethnographic or numismatic interest; items that are of national, historical or cultural value, as determined by the legislation of the countries of import and export.

9. Military and dual-use goods, as well as special technical means of covertly obtaining information.
For example: listening devices, shielding materials that absorb radio-electronic radiation, telecommunications equipment with user-encoded signal coding, location detection and determination systems, sniper scopes, collimators, thermal imagers, night vision devices, goods containing and/or including GPS trackers, etc.

10. Weapons of all types, including hunting and sporting, parts and ammunition for them, weapon models, full-size models and exact copies, pneumatic weapons, cold weapons, electronic beam weapons of all types, electroshock devices of all types and other items specifically designed for attack and defense.
For example: machine guns, pneumatic rifles, bullets, cartridges, capsules, sabers, hunting knives, nunchakus, brass knuckles, canisters with paralytic liquid, laser guns, stun guns, etc.

11. Explosives, compounds and objects equipped with them, means of detonation.
For example: TNT, gunpowder, detonator caps, electric detonators, fire-conducting and detonating cords, ammunition, homemade explosive mixtures, signal and lighting rockets, flares, smoke cartridges, landing checkers, thermite matches, blaster matches, railway firecrackers, Bengal lights, fireworks, lyuskugels, household pyrotechnic products and similar objects and homemade means and products, gas canisters containing nerve agents, tear gas, poisonous and potent gases, etc.

12. Live animals and plants, insects. Fur, skins, stuffed animals, feathers, ivory and products made from it.

13. Pornographic materials, counterfeit and counterfeit products.

14. Narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors, including cannabis for any purpose in any form.

15. Human remains, organs, tissues, ashes, DNA tests, blood, urine samples, etc.

16. Unmarked containers or other containers containing liquids, powders or other contents without a clear indication of their composition and purpose.

17. Seeds and planting material.
For example: seed material of agricultural crops, potatoes, fruit, forest and ornamental crops and cut flowers from countries where quarantine organisms (pests, plant diseases and weeds) are distributed.

18. Personal belongings if the sender and recipient are the same person.

19. Flammable liquids and flammable solids or substances prone to spontaneous combustion.
For example: gasoline, kerosene, acetone, methanol, methyl ether, brake fluid, carbon disulfide, ethers, organic solvents, all types of adhesives and sealants containing flammable (spontaneous) components, perfumes, colognes, nail polish, paints, paints, cleaning products, cosmetic lotions, empty fuel containers, potassium, sodium, calcium metal, their alloys, calcium phosphate, white, yellow phosphorus and other substances classified as flammable solids, nitrocellulose, sparklers, coal samples, pellet samples, firewood samples, magnesium, any metal powders, etc.

20. Poisonous and potent substances in any physical state, regardless of the form and quality of their packaging.
For example: brucine, nicotine, strychnine, formalin, antifreeze, ethylene glycol, mercury, cyanide preparations, cyclone, cyanide and substances with similar properties, etc.

21. Caustic and corrosive substances.
For example: hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric acids; potassium, sodium alkalis; bleach, battery electrolyte and substances with similar properties, chemicals for removing varnishes and paints from surfaces covered with them.

22. Radioactive and infectious substances.
For example: isotopes for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, flaw detector heads, gamma-ray logging devices, microorganisms (including bacteria, viruses, rickettsiae, parasites, fungi), infectious agents such as prions, vaccines, medical and clinical waste, bio-samples, etc.

23. Used personal items (clothes, shoes) in a dirty condition. Used automobile, aircraft, etc. spare parts.

24. Automobile state license plates issued for vehicles registered in Ukraine.

25. Poaching equipment.
For example: electrofishing systems (electrofishing rods), monofilament (hair) nets, hunting traps, etc.
26. Metals, scrap metal and unprocessed wood.
For example: earth metals in pure form, in mixtures or alloys, ferroalloys, turnings, trimmings, scraps, milling waste, sawdust, stainless steel and ferrous metal ingots for remelting, medium alloys, unprocessed lead, nickel, unprocessed oil, nickel powder, tungsten, magnesium, molybdenum, tantalum, bismuth, cadmium, titanium, zirconium, antimony, manganese, beryllium, chromium, germanium, vanadium, gallium, hafnium, indium, niobium, rhenium, thallium, nickel, tin, cermets and products thereof, cobalt mattes and other intermediate products of cobalt metallurgy.

27. Documents, cargoes sent to the addresses of foreign ships, banks, enforcement agencies, to PO BOXes and to branches of other postal services.

28. Information carriers with closed access for reading (disks or flash drives with an access code).

29. Car tires (rubber of all types of transport) that have been in use.

30. Any gases for domestic and industrial use.
For example: gases in any packaging, aerosol containers, lighters, fuel cans, fire extinguishers, propane-butane, nitrogen, neon, argon, oxygen, chlorine, etc.

31. Soil samples.

32. Ready-made animal and fish feed.

33. Other potentially dangerous goods.
For example: cake, fertilizer, dry ice, asbestos, vinegar, magnetized materials, internal combustion engines, lawn mowers, lithium and metal batteries (not included in the equipment), accumulators (not dry), segways, electric cars, electric motorcycles, gyro scooters, gyroboards, airbags, breathing apparatus, pressurized cylinders, chainsaws, as well as air conditioning, computer, dental, drilling, refrigeration equipment containing refrigerant gases and liquids, etc.

34. Publishing products manufactured in Russia, Belarus or in the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine, as well as books containing works whose authors are or were at any time after 1991 citizens of Russia, with the exception of former citizens who are (or were at the time of death) citizens of Ukraine and do not have (at the time of death did not have) the citizenship of the aggressor state;

35. Other prohibited items before export from the Seller's country/import into Ukraine.

In addition to the list of prohibited items, within certain countries, the following are prohibited for transportation, among others:

For delivery from the US Warehouse:
• Perfumes, cosmetics in aerosol cans.

For delivery from the China Warehouse:

• Lithium-ion batteries, metal batteries, batteries (not dry), Segways, electric vehicles, electric motorcycles, gyro scooters, gyroboards, power banks, generators, chargers and ecoflow.
Goods containing lithium-ion batteries can be transported only if an MSDS certificate (Material Safety Data Sheet) is provided.

• Mobile phones. The mandatory documents for sending mobile phones are the MSDS passport and the brand authorization letter. Without these documents, phones cannot be accepted for transportation.

• Drones (quadcopters);
• All food products - without exception;
• Medicines and biologically active supplements - without exception;
• Perfumes, cosmetics in aerosol cans;
• Any liquids, including cosmetic products (including decorative cosmetics), shampoos, gels and creams;
• Nail polishes, nitro varnish;
• Poisons of any kind;
• Fertilizers of any kind;
• Any independent lithium batteries (not built into the device);
• Printer cartridges, toners;
• Explosives (fireworks, firecrackers, detonators, etc.);
• Detergents and cleaning agents, washing liquids;
• Glass, ceramic, fragile products (not recommended for shipment);
• Materials related to elections (ballots, voting machines, ballot boxes);
• Gambling products (lotteries, casinos, chips);
• Hemp and CBD products (even if legalized in the USA);
• Any goods that require special temperature storage conditions (refrigeration);
• Sexual products or those that belong to the category of intimate goods (including, but not limited to: sex toys, devices, accessories, means for stimulation, etc.).

• When transporting goods belonging to well-known world brands, the customs authorities of the PRC may require a brand authorization certificate - a document confirming the right of the manufacturer or seller to sell, distribute and use the trademark in China.
• If requested by customs, the Client is obliged to provide this certificate within 20 calendar days.
• In case of failure to provide a certificate, the shipment may be delayed or seized without the possibility of return.

• We recommend that you carefully indicate the exact name and description of the product. In case of discrepancy between the declared description and the actual contents of the parcel, customs may detain the cargo or impose a fine.

For delivery from the Warehouse in Canada:
• Lithium-ion batteries, metal batteries, batteries (not dry), segways, electric cars, electric motorcycles, gyro scooters, gyro boards, power banks, generators, chargers and ecoflow;
• Perfumes, cosmetics in aerosol cans.

Additionally for delivery from the Warehouse in Japan:

• Food products:
– Containing beef, port wine, chicken (can be used in ramen, soup, snacks, etc.);
– Containing ingredients that contradict the Washington Convention (aloe extract, vanilla, etc., contained in complementary foods, etc.);
– Those requiring animal and plant quarantine (raw materials);
• Batteries/lithium batteries, magnets and aerosols;
• Medicines;
• Contact lenses;
• Goods made from aloe, coral and other plant components;
• Dangerous goods;
• Collectible coins;
• Collectible currency;
• Counterfeit stamps;
• Weapons and swords (ammunition, sabers, daggers, firearms, pistols, knives);
• Drugs (stimulants, marijuana, narcotics, opium, poppy straw, psychotropics);
• Animal quarantine (antibodies, bacteria, bacon, bacteria, beef jerky (pork), biological substances, blood, bones, cells, E. coli, dairy products, feathers, feed, fish meal, fur skins, gelatin, intestines, horns, insects, meat, pet food, protein, raw milk, raw wool and leather, sausage, semen, whey, leather).
• Plant quarantine (barley, beans, chia seeds, clay, flour, flowers, fresh/dried fruit, frozen fruit, mushrooms, ginseng, grain, green coffee, hay, grass, leaves, malt, moss, nuts, potpourri, quinoa, rice, seeds, soil, soil additive, spices, straw, tea (bags accepted), tobacco, vegetables, walnut, wheat, wood);
• Items that infringe patents, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or copyrights;
• Personal items;
• Products manufactured in North Korea;
• Motion pictures (35mm and 70mm);
• Ink.

For delivery from the Warehouse in Australia:
• Lithium-ion batteries, metal batteries, batteries (not dry), segways, electric cars, electric motorcycles, gyro scooters, gyro boards, power banks, generators, chargers and ecoflow;
• Perfumes, cosmetics in aerosol cans.

* Please note! Currently, there is an exception for European countries (Poland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Slovakia). For these countries, power banks, generators, chargers, ecoflow and batteries without equipment are allowed to be transported by the NP Shopping service.

** Please note! For China and Japan - rechargeable batteries without equipment, lithium and metal batteries (not included in the equipment), batteries (not dry), segways, electric vehicles, electric motorcycles, gyro scooters, gyro boards, power banks, generators, chargers, portable chargers, ecoflow and rechargeable batteries without equipment - are prohibited from being transported by the NP Shopping service. They are included in the list of prohibited goods.

* Shipments sent to foreign online stores are accepted subject to payment of delivery services, customs clearance and other costs, if the online store refuses to pay customs clearance. Please, before handing over the shipment for delivery, consult with the online store regarding the return process and customs clearance of your shipment.
** Recipients must be of legal age in accordance with the laws of the receiving country. Shipments sent to recipients who have not reached legal age in accordance with the laws of the recipient country are accepted subject to prior agreement on the possibility of such shipment. Please, before handing over shipment for delivery, consult the contact center.
