How does it work?

Each delivery consists of two stages.
  1. You place an order in the online store and register delivery to your personal international shopping address. Your package is then sent to a warehouse located in the USA, Europe, China or Turkey. The speed of delivery depends on the online store and usually ranges between 1 and 7 days. Unfortunately, some sellers may take up to three weeks to process orders, which is beyond our control.

  2. Delivery. We handle the transportation of orders to Ukraine from a foreign warehouse. Estimated delivery time is from 8 business days starting from the date of your shipment preparation. If you have provided all the required and accurate information about yourself and your shipment, we will ensure a prompt delivery as soon as possible.
Please note that the order may be delayed by customs for several reasons:
  • The total amount of your order exceeds €150.
  • Customs authorities may assess the value of goods higher.
  • Several of your shipments have been held as a commodity batch.

Maximum purchase amount

Each country has its own specific limitations regarding the maximum total amount of purchases.
It's important to keep in mind these limitations while shopping.

Dimensions and weight of your order

The maximum dimensions of your shipment together with packaging are:

length – 122 cm
width – 102 cm
height – 150 cm max. weight – 200 kg

Measurements on US websites are typically displayed in feet and inches. They can be easily converted to centimeters.
